Reddit user, Brohit, stopped FAPING for almost two years and wrote about his experience on the 200,000-strong online community, NoFap, where men and women who are abstaining can share their stories.

In the post, the man claims he felt he’d gained ‘superpowers’ from avoiding p*rn and FAPPING, adding that he experienced ‘sudden increase in confidence, laser sharp focus, more attention from women, easier to find partners as well as boosts of energy.
