SOLEXCHANGE welcomes tips, corrections, partnership inquiries, and reader mail. The fastest way to reach us is by email; the form lower down on this page reaches the same inbox but takes a step longer to filter. We try to respond to every legitimate message within two business days. Pitches and press releases are not guaranteed coverage; please don’t write twice if you don’t hear back within a week.

Editorial and corrections

If you have spotted an error in an article — an incorrect release date, a misspelled designer name, a wrong price, a misattributed quote — please tell us. Include a link to the article and a short note explaining what you believe is incorrect. If you have a source we can cite, even better. Corrections go up with a dated note at the bottom of the original article so the record stays honest.

Press, brand, and partnership inquiries

Brands and PR teams sending press materials should use the same email. Please include high-resolution product imagery (or a link to a media kit), the embargo time and time zone if any, and a brief description of what is being announced. We do not publish under embargo unless the embargo has been confirmed in writing by both parties; assume an embargo does not exist until we have replied saying it does.

For sponsorship and advertising opportunities — including direct ad buys, sponsored editorial (clearly labeled as such), affiliate partnerships, and content collaborations — write to partnerships@thesolexchange.com with the campaign timing, scope, and any deliverable expectations.

Legal, DMCA, and privacy

Copyright takedown requests must follow the procedure described in our Copyright Notice / DMCA Policy and should be sent to dmca@thesolexchange.com. Requests to exercise your data rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws should be sent from the address associated with the account or correspondence in question; see our Privacy Policy for the process.

Please include a way for us to reach you back and a one-paragraph summary of what you want to talk about. Messages that are obviously automated, contain unsolicited link-building offers, or are not in English will not receive a reply.
