adidas Skateboarding Unveils the Samba ADV Alongside New NYC Skate Video

It’s been over 60 years since the adidas Samba made it’s debut and for many it is still considered one of the best kicks in the 3 stripe arsenal, thanks in part to it’s nature of easy wearability.

Now, 6 decades later the classic is getting a new skate-centric makeover. Designed to meet the need of modern skateboarders, the Samba ADV features a combination suede and leather upper with internal mesh bootie for a responsive fit.

To celebrate the release, adidas Skateboarding Pro team riders Rodrigo TX, Benny Fairfax, and Tyshawn Jones qualify the Samba ADV with an action skate edit that sees them separately in their home turf and eventually skating together in NYC’s streets, subways, and abandoned warehouses.
