An Official Look at the ACRONYM x Nike AF1 Downtown Hi SP

ACRONYM is teaming up with Nike once again, this time reworking the classic Air Force 1. Dubbed the ACRONYM x Nike AF1 Downtown Hi SP – the kicks are rumored to coincide with the 35th anniversary of the Air Force 1 happening this year.

If the ultra high top looks a bit confusing, that’s pretty much the point – ACRONYM is well known for putting together technical pieces, and their footwear is no exception to the rule. The kicks come with a lateral zipped closure, ankle strap, and graphic hit on the heel showing the ACRONYM logo. Each colorway has been been assigned a numeric code – he DAF1-001 in Black/White/Medium Olive, the DAF1-003 in Black/Black/Olive, and finally the DAF1-006 in Black/Black/Bright Crimson. According to the ACRONYM home page each of the three kicks are listed as sold out, but rumor has it they’re restocking starting on February 11th.
